Organic Ginger in Sunflower Oil – 3.4 oz/95 gr by Bart Delicatessen, England. Grown Organically. Ingredients: Organic Ginger (64%), Water, Organic Sunflower Oil (7%), Organic White Wine Vinegar, Organic Sugar, Citric Acid, Sea Salt, Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 6 weeks. Recipe: Pineapple & Ginger Salsa – Serves 4 Peel 1 small pineapple, remove the core and cut into small cubes. Place in a bowl with 1 small chopped red onion, grated zest and juice of 1 lime, 3 tsp Bart Ginger in Sunflower Oil and 1 tsp Bart Chilli Flakes. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Leave to stand for 30 minutes before serving with grilled fish or pork.
