I ordered this and hemp oil at same time.This oil has a more neutral flavor than the hemp and olive oil.This oil also has the best omega 3 to 6 ratio.

First time trying flax seed oil. Put it in smoothie and didn’t notice it there at all…great! The bottle did arrive with a little leaked out of it though.
