they set a guy up on craigs list for selling snakes , they call him set up a date and time to meet the guy , when they did they took his snakes and arrested him also. sooner or later somthing has to be done about the FWC ..

And now that I’m trying to get one I can’t find a worker who knows what the license even entails so even if I get it I may still be in “violation.” All these rules and regulations are whats keeping kids inside, whats the use in protecting the environment if future generations aren’t going to enjoy it. I could be out partying and drinking underage but instead I go fishing and searching for fish for an aquarium I enjoy.

And they set me up, I had an ad on craigslist saying fish for sale that I can obtain, I didnt even have the fish I was selling at the time the only reason I had over a bag limit was because he asked me to acquire them for him. He told me that he knew I didnt have a license before he came over, don’t you think he could have just told me through an email that I need a license but he busts me and sets me with a court date to fine me.

Yea, I was unaware and was selling fish without a freshwater fish dealers license, ok my bad, i was just a hobbyist, but they said my fish, which I’ve had for 3 months are being kept illegally. How is it that you can keep a number of fish to KILL and EAT per day but I can’t keep less than the daily bag limit in a fish tank.
